F1 News: February 4, 2012

I woke up this morning, and to my surprise, found that three more Formula one cars have been launched. The McLaren MP4-27, the Force India VJM05, and the Ferrari F2012. The first car that I saw was the Ferrari. A second surprise was that the front nose had been lowered significantly to make the car look very ugly to me, and it did not look like it had smooth aerodynamics. I took a look at the Force India next. They had a similar setup, but theirs looked quite smoother to my opinion. The McLaren however, was perfect. The nose was angled so that they would have the same nose elevation but much smoother. I got annoyed at the new regulations for the nose, so I read more about them. Apparently, the noses have been lowered so that they can not cause any harm in a side collision.
